I’m a new snake owner (I got my ball python at a show, not here), but both times I’ve visited this store, the staff have gone above & beyond to help me feel confident and informed. They never made me feel judged for being new or nervous,  just excited to learn. They even let me hold some of their snakes to help me get more comfortable, & answered all my questions with patience & kindness.
When things got busy, one of their regulars even stepped in to chat with me and share their experience, which really says a lot about the community this place has built. At one point, a staff member even took me into the back to show me something firsthand, which made me feel like they truly have nothing to hide & just want to help people understand & love reptiles.
If they had room for a table or two, I could easily see this becoming a hangout spot for reptile lovers, the kind of place where new owners could learn a ton just by being around others. Highly recommend for anyone curious, nervous, or just looking for honest, passionate advice.

Great place for reptiles. They even let my daughter come in and hold 10 different snakes for 3 days straight before we made a decision. The staff is very knowledgeable.
