First time snake mom chiming in to say that this store & everyone in it is truly wonderful.
We impulse bought our slithery son here (3 month old banana firefly ball python, named pockets) & the staff was super friendly, helpful, and offered really awesome advice for first time snake parents.
I want to specifically shout out Max, he’s given me so many helpful pointers and has gone out of his way to help answer all of the (probably dumb) questions I have had while our new child settles in.
These guys are awesome & really helpful. Pockets is happy and healthy and thriving. I wish I could give more stars but 5 will have to do :)

The best reptile place around!!! My corn snake bubbles and my dragon Napoleon both get all their supplies here! The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable, they don't judge your questions with snotty answers or attitudes. Animal welfare is top priority to them in store and in your home, they are extremely helpful and offer an amazing variety of products and feeds at affordable prices! So huge thank you from this mama who's now knowledgeable in reptilian care because the kids and I love our reptilian companions.
