Richard was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, and not scared at all, he helped us sex the tarantula we picked up, and answered all the questions about the snake I hope to buy soon, and his answers matched the research I’ve done so far, so I do believe his information is accurate. The snakes seem to be in great health, and they are in very solid enclosures for a pet store! Thank you for an amazing experience, I hope to see you again soon when I get a snake!

Shane, Jacob, and Ronald are the best in their field. I always get 5 star service from this store. It's honestly the next best thing to having your own Jurassic Park in our town. Do not miss visiting this place if you're into reptiles, arachnids, isopods, springtails, velociraptors & teradactyls!

I'd first like to say that I love this store. I drive down from Longmont every Sunday to get crickets for my cresty (would rather avoid pets whatever mart/co). This a speciality store for reptiles. They have stuff for your scaley critters that are very hard to find at the big box stores. Staff is always friendly and helpful, especially the guy who usually works Sunday mornings. The owner is very friendly too, and if you ever get a chance to meet his dog, he's adorable. Again, great shop, good people. Will continue to support this small business.
